The first option on shortcut key is entire reference cell a constant in each cell where we use it.The referenced value could not be alter.Generally sum total,Average of a column,Sub Total of a column,Any constant value which can be referred multiple of time in a table or in another worksheet. For example in a particular month the price of a Table generally not change and can be referred in another sheet of data as a reference. Similarly the chemical composition formula could not be change where as it is remain constant wherever it is referred.Similarly the sum total is fixed for the total salary distributed in a particular month and could be used in a another sheet as a important parts.During pivot table the sub total of a data sheet makes a important part as a reference and saves a lot of times for the people and used as decision making.
On the above the example shows how to use a constant cell as reference.
